The staff at Centre Point looked after me well and made sure I had everything I needed. I enjoyed my stay, and I’m grateful to them.
I found the staff very pleasant, and the room was clean. There’s a lift, so wheelchair access is possible. The location is good and close to Gurudwara, though Google Map shows the wrong spot. The room design didn’t appeal to me, the bathroom flush wasn’t working, and the AC wasn’t cooling properly.
At Sai saugat hotel Nagpur, the room was dirty and water leaked in the bathroom. The manager asked for more money than the cheaper price shown on Agoda and TripAdvisor. The staff weren’t friendly either. Very disappointing.
The location was excellent, easy to reach, and there were food outlets nearby. I was there for a national conference. The hotel was well maintained, and my small room was clean, but room service fell short.
The food was awesome and really tasty, though a little costly. My room had a TV, almirah, bed, chair, and a table for eating. I had full privacy, with no disturbance from staff, and didn’t hear road traffic. Nearby mosques could wake you in the morning or evening if you were asleep. The staff were nice and well behaved. The hotel wasn’t very clean, and the rooms were pretty small. My room was clean at check-in, but it wasn’t cleaned every day, and the bedsheets weren’t changed daily. The AC worked with a fan, but mine made noise, so I didn’t switch it on. Early check-in cost 200 extra, which I understand.
