Really low-grade hotel. The rooms were dirty, room service was poor, and the people were arrogant. Don't stay here.

Don't stay here. The rooms are very dirty and every service felt third-rate. This is a very poor-quality hotel.

The room was filthy, with dustbins and pillows dirty and much of the room looking as if it hadn't been cleaned for months. The curtains were coming off their rails, and exposed wiring was visible at the lights and plugs. The plugs crackled when I tried using them, but management saw no problem and blamed me. I couldn't see any smoke or fire alarms, and the kitchen was the dirtiest, grimiest one I've ever seen. The bathroom was just as disgusting, thick with grime, dust, and dirt; there was a suspicious-looking stain on the floor and the toilet was brown. I used public toilets instead because they were cleaner. The bed was tiny, the walls were extremely thin, and drafts came through the window, so I barely slept either night. Check-in was awful too. The woman who checked me in was rude, took 15-20 minutes, and didn't believe I had a booking even though my name was in her scruffy book. She went away for a while before eventually giving me a key. I was so exhausted from traveling that I didn't leave then, though it was the worst hotel welcome I've had. And every time you leave, you have to hand over the key, then ring the doorbell and ask for it back when you return. I've stayed in hotels for many years, and this was easily the worst, most disgusting, and most unsafe one I've experienced. No one should stay here.

On my recent visit to Prayagraj, I found the price far too high for what the hotel provides. Basic amenities were missing and the staff weren't good either. I recommend that nobody stay here.
