Fabhotel Imperail House

I’d booked a top-floor room with a sofa, AC, and open tarace. I’d already told the owner, vikas ji, that we might check in late in the evening or check out late the next day, and he agreed. But when we arrived, the hotel lift wasn’t working. Mr vikas gave us a room like a driver room and said the lift would start working soon. It still wasn’t working 24 hours later, and we had to stay in that unclean room, with mosquitoes and refilled water bottles in it. Coming to imperial house was a waste of money. I’d suggest no one come here.

There was no privacy in the room. They had tunnels connecting to other rooms, and when I opened one to see what it was, I found garbage and condoms. They didn’t keep water bottles either. Prices were high, and I feel like I got scammed. Shame on fab for not checking the property and letting it damage their brand. I booked two rooms, and they gave me one without a key. When I asked, they lied and said the previous customers had taken it and never returned it. I woke up at midnight and saw rats running around. When I complained, they insisted I sleep in the same room. After a lot of asking, they gave me another room, which also had no key. Staff tell lies, and one younger guy was rude. The senior staff were always busy, and it took four hours just to get contact details from fab. The toilet lid and bathroom fittings were broken, and water wouldn’t come out. The situation was pathetic.

From the moment I entered the lobby, the staff welcomed me warmly and gave me excellent service, always ready to help and looking out for what I needed. My room was spacious, stylish, and spotless, with a plush bed, high-end toiletries, and a smart TV with complimentary streaming services. Breakfast was a feast, with lots of delicious, high-quality choices. The location was ideal too, with easy access to the city’s attractions and the airport. My stay at the FabHotel Imperail House was truly unforgettable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious, memorable stay.

We paid 3000inr per night for room 201, with breakfast promised, and it was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room was dirty, the service mediocre, and there was a big broken window hole above the AC. Mice were in the room, and the water was an issue too. Breakfast was only a cup of tea and toast. Wouldn’t recommend it.
