The staff don't know how to speak or behave, and the service is really bad. Don't consider this hotel, even in an emergency. They don't provide a restroom for drivers, so where is someone meant to rest after driving about 10 hours, before driving again the next morning? I saw management reply that a driver might be drunk, aggressive, or split, but our drivers are well behaved, better than the staff they've hired.

I spent five nights here. Hospitality gets 10/10, cleanliness 9/10, and food 8/10. Mr Prakash Dubey, the front desk manager, was always ready to help and greeted us with a broad, warm smile. Thanks to everyone for a pleasant stay.

The front desk was polite, and the staff were warm and very cooperative. I stayed for 11 days and found the service good. Thanks for a lovely stay.
