Fabhotel Pranjul Inn

The building itself is good, but the maintenance and service were very poor. They charge a high room rate while offering very few facilities, so my stay wasn’t satisfactory. The room was spacious, but the bed was poor quality and made a loud noise whenever I sat down or got up. The TV was useless, with nothing but ads on every channel. Walls were damaged and the paint was peeling; both the room and bathroom were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned properly. The geyser was on, but there was no hot water even after I told reception. There were lots of mosquitoes and no proper housekeeping. We booked for two people but got just one dirty towel, even after asking three times. A water bottle cost ₹30. They handed us a food menu at check-in, but there was no food or even tea available. On checkout day, my train wasn’t until 7 PM, though checkout was at noon. I asked to stay until 5 PM and offered ₹500, but the staff refused and wanted a full day’s charge. After a long argument, they still took ₹700.
