This is a decent mid-range place for a business visit, a religious trip, or a short family stay in Prayagraj. Its location makes the markets and key city landmarks easy to reach. Rooms are spacious, clean, and reasonably maintained, with basic comforts like AC, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. Housekeeping comes regularly and hygiene is satisfactory. Reception staff are polite and cooperative, check-in and checkout are smooth, and requests are usually handled promptly. The restaurant serves tasty Indian food. It isn't luxurious, but the room size, cleanliness, and location make it good value. Hotel Milan Palace is a reliable budget option if you're after a comfortable stay without expecting luxury.

Roshan Ji deserves special thanks for making every visit feel so consistently good. The hospitality is warm, the service is great, and it feels like home each time. Highly recommend it for genuine hospitality. Good work, team.

The location is good, but for a hotel at this price, the quality doesn't justify the cost. The staff were inhospitable, especially Mr. Roshan, whose appearance and conduct felt very unwelcoming. Service was delayed, and people spoke impolitely, weren't cooperative, and showed little humility. The AC trips often, or gets switched off when there are more guests. Hot water is available only until 11 am, then they turn it off.

The on-duty manager, Mr Manoj, was very rude and unprofessional. They confirmed a booking, then denied the room we had booked when we arrived and put us in some random room instead. They claim to be a 3-star hotel, but the service was like OYO. Poor value for money, and I strongly suggest not booking here.

The staff were so humble and cooperative, and the service was lovely. I really enjoyed staying there. Great ambiance, and don't miss their delicious food and cafe. They serve everything so well, loved it.
