The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the facilities were excellent. Staff were caring, polite, and treated guests like family, with thoughtful, genuine service. The hospitality felt so warm that I never felt I was away from home. It was a peaceful, comfortable stay, and I'd highly recommend the hotel and would love to return.

The location is great. Without luggage, it's easy to walk around using Google map. The staff seemed good, though I didn't speak with them much. I booked 3 rooms: 2 were great, while one was compact. I'd suggest adding at least 2 -3 channel for kids.

The staff were very good, polite, attentive, and ready to help, which made the stay better. My experience was mixed, though: the rooms weren't very clean and needed better upkeep, and the location wasn't especially convenient.

Good accommodation and dining, with excellent service. It's well connected to the railway station, markets, hospitals, and other places.

The reception was rude, and there was no real customer care or customer-focused service. The rooms were filthy, damp, and had no ventilation. I felt nauseous as soon as I entered. The washrooms weren't working properly, including a flush that didn't work. When I asked for help, they said every customer uses it and nobody complains. They charge a good amount without providing services or amenities, and the rooms are in bad condition.
