Kumbh Prayag Guest House by OYO Rooms

We left after just four hours, and my whole family was disappointed. It felt like a complete waste of money, and I wouldn't stay here even for free. The room was unclean, the bathroom was very dirty and smelled bad, and there was no ventilation. The bedsheet was dirty and the pillow covers were torn. There was no water or other basic facilities. Even in the AC room, we couldn't turn on the AC, and a hotel employee kept coming to check it. The TV didn't work. It didn't feel safe for a family, and I can't recommend it.

The room was filthy and smelled bad, and there was a whole gang of mosquitoes waiting inside. The stay wasn't worth a single penny. Please don't book a room here, or go at all. Absolutely not recommended.

The bedsheets were dirty and unwashed, with blood stains and lots of hair. There was no room service, and even though I booked through oyo, they charged me separately for AC and TV. They didn't provide toiletries either. When I went out, someone tampered with my luggage. At checkout, they ask for your mobile to write a review themselves, so please be aware. I ask other travellers to boycott this hotel.
