2/10
There was no balcony access, and the rooms felt a bit suffocating. The centralized AC felt weak. It wasn't extremely hot, so we managed, but in 40-plus heat it wouldn't help. Power kept cutting out, sometimes around 10 times in an hour, which was really irritating. They wouldn't give us WiFi even though it was working, and kept saying there was a problem. I think other guests have had the same issue. The kitchen also seemed very limited, so when I wanted food they told me to order from outside. For such a large, nicely built hotel, it was a big disappointment. I wouldn't recommend it.
