Icon Palace Inn

We had a clean, comfortable room and a smooth stay. The staff were courteous and very cooperative. They let us stay nearly an hour past checkout and stored our luggage for the whole day, so we could see nearby places without worrying about our bags. Highly recommended.

My mother and I paid Rs 2276 for one night through Goibibo, and I felt safe staying here as a woman. The hotel is very close to Prayagraj Junction station, about 1.5 km away, and you can get a toto right outside. The manager was very good, and the rest of the staff were polite and helpful. Our room was spacious, the bathroom was very clean, the geyser worked properly, and there was an electric jar. The food was delicious too. They normally check guests out at 12 pm, but because our train was at 3.15, they let us keep the room until 2.30 pm. I was very thankful. Cleanliness, safety, location, service, and price were all great.

Mr. Ashish at the front desk was welcoming and very cooperative. The hotel is in the heart of the city, and rickshaws, Ola, and Rapido are easy to find. Its restaurant serves tasty food at reasonable prices. The rooms are spacious and clean, and I'd recommend staying here with family.

The breakfast was good, but I paid for a super deluxe room and was given a deluxe one. The geyser didn't work, and the location is so congested that there's no room to park even briefly while unloading your bags. I wouldn't recommend it.
