A good budget option with clean, comfortable rooms and basic amenities. The staff were attentive and friendly, which made the stay easy. It's also conveniently close to local markets and transport, so it could work for a leisure trip or a business visit.

I stayed at Jai Maa Durga Lodge on a recent work trip to prayagraj. The owners and staff were kind and caring, and guided me a lot during my stay. They gave me great service at a very affordable price. In my view, the big corporate names like Radisson and taj could learn hospitality from this owner. I'd rate hospitality and value for money above 5 stars, the rooms 4.5 stars, and food and cleanliness 5 stars. Overall, more than 5 stars ⭐

For an affordable stay in prayagraj, this is the best hotel. The staff, management, and owner are all humble and helpful. I really like the ambience, hospitality, and room. The food is so, so delicious, I'd give it 10 stars. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It feels like home here. The hotel is in the heart of the city, in civil lines, with spacious, comfortable rooms. The staff are accommodating, the food is delicious, and the service is superb.

The Old Town Restaurant is attached to the hotel, which is convenient, though it's pricey and that takes away a few points. Still, being right in the heart of the city makes it hard to complain. This is one of the city's best budget hotels, with amenities easy to reach from its central spot. The tailor fit treatment and desi touch made for a splendid stay.
