The hotel staff were very rude and behaved badly. The cook, though, was a really nice person.
2/10
Most rooms have a non-functional geyser. The staff are also very poor in how they treat guests. They don't provide water bottles or towels when needed, don't seem to care, and are even willing to argue.
2/10
I wouldn't recommend staying here. The staff were lacking, communication was poor, and they took money from two people for same-day bookings of the same rooms. Worst place I've ever visited.
2/10
They advertise free tea and coffee, but when we asked, the staff told us to check with them. The price isn't worth it, and there are many better hotels here for much less. This is NOT HOLIDAY INN GROUP. ITS FAKE.
2/10
This is a homestay, FAKE - HOLIDAY INN, and the rooms aren't good. The washrooms were choked and they didn't provide any services, despite charging too much. The people are very greedy. Don't book this, they are fake one. The kitchen only opens at 8:30 AM, and outside food isn't allowed, so you're stuck with whatever food they give you like a slave. Guests should avoid taking their cab or taxi service at any cost. Not a tourist friendly hotel at all. DONT BOOK THIS.
