Hotel Vivek

The bathrooms had water that stank like sewer water, and the sheets were never changed. Cleaning wasn't proper, and all of us got sick. I was there with 40 colleagues for training at hotel vivek, and the staff were rude and arrogant. It was a very bad experience.

I got stuck here during training, and it was the worst stay of my life. The room and washroom were in horrible condition. The bathroom supply seemed contaminated with sewer water, and 15 of the 36 participants got severe dysentery.

The location is in a main area of Prayagraj, and the staff gave good service during kumbh 2025. The rooms and service are good.

The room was brilliantly clean, the bed extremely comfy, and the washroom was top notch. I’d recommend this place 100 percent, and hope to return with family and friends. My mother and I were exhausted and worried in a new state after walking around for over 1.5 hours trying to find the hotel during the Kumbh Mela processions. We were close to giving up and going back without doing my rituals when Mr Faheem found us near the barricades. He quickly moved our booking from their other location, the one I had booked, to a place only minutes away, thinking of our safety. With demand so high, he also made sure we got the best room possible. He walked us to the hotel, got us checked in, and treated us with so much care and empathy. Sanjay ji looked after us too. Mr Faheem really stood out, welcoming us in the festive spirit and making us feel reassured. Even though we were of different faiths, he showed us the true spirit of Prayagraj. People like him become part of your core memories. I’ll always remember his prompt help to two strangers looking for directions. Mr Faheem and Team, be blessed always 💯🙏🏼💖✨
