Staff behavior was acceptable, though service could be slow. The rooms at Hotel Platinum Inn are small and basic, and both cleanliness and maintenance could be better. It’s an average stay, but workable for a short visit or a budget stay. Better upkeep and more attentive service would improve the experience.

It’s hard to get out after 10 am because the area is so crowded. The location is convenient for Allahabad High Court, and check-in was good. The rooms were small but clean and comfortable. Amenities were decent, though they felt outdated for the price. Service was consistent, and the experience was average overall.

The property needs maintenance, and the toilets aren’t in good condition. Service was good, and the staff were cooperative.

The location worked well for us, with popular attractions and restaurants within walking distance. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were modern, clean, and had the amenities we needed. The fitness center and restaurant were top-notch, and breakfast had a wide choice. It was a comfortable, convenient stay, and we’d happily come back. I’d recommend [Hote Platinum inn] to anyone looking for a place to stay. - Convenient location - Welcoming staff - Modern, clean rooms - Good fitness center and restaurant - Wide breakfast buffet

Mr. Aakash was polite, kind, and focused on customers. The service was good, and the restaurant food was great, especially for vegetarians. The rooms need to be cleaner and classier, but the stay was nice and decent.
