Getting a cab was difficult even though the property is on the main road. Staff kept knocking on doors to ask guests’ names, as if they didn’t know who was staying there, and they didn’t seem to care about providing drinking water. They were very unprofessional, as was the owner. I booked based on the reviews, but now I’m sure the positive ones were completely fake. I strongly suggest avoiding this place. The rooms were in terrible condition, poorly maintained and dirty, and I had a terrible stay. It’s not suitable for a family or a business trip. On Day1, I waited 30 mins to check in because my room wasn’t ready. They provided no towel, toiletries, drinking water, or WiFi information. The blanket cover was stained and had been used, so I had to ask them to change it. Later, the electricity went out for hours. On Day2, there was no electricity for more than 6hrs, so there was effectively no AC even though I was charged for it.

I was happy staying there. It’s a great place for couples, with very good, neat and clean rooms. The housekeeping staff were so good, and service was fast and good 😊

I stayed for a couple of weeks, and it was a real waste of money. The place was very dirty, and there was no service for basics like electricity or water.

There was no generator, and the power kept cutting out. The AC didn’t work, there were no blankets, and they asked for more money when I checked out.
