OYO Flagship 22705 Triveni Inn

We paid 5000 INR for one night and still didn't get even basic amenities. The rooms were cramped, the bedding was dirty, and the bathrooms were filthy and badly maintained. The property looked nothing like the pictures, which were completely misleading. Staff were rude and unhelpful. A truly terrible stay. OYO should check hotels before adding them.

I booked by phone and they sent me nice photos of a different room. When I got there, I realized they'd misled me using the name hotel triveni sangam, and acted as if they were calling from the hotel triveni sangam. I went with my family on 6 feb, and they charged me 12k for one night because of mahakumbh. The room was smelly, in a very poor state, had no windows and felt suffocating. The bathrooms were unclean. I wouldn't trust them or go there.

The staff and service were good, and the hotel is near to sangam. The place itself seems a bit poorly maintained, though, and it's on a small road.

When I asked for the dirty rooms to be cleaned, the staff just disappeared. There's no real standard for cleanliness here, and both the owner and staff are rude and arrogant.
