We had a comfortable stay for two nights, though it wasn't a luxury experience. The room was small, with a queen size cot, but the mattress was cozy. The bathroom was compact but clean, with a working Electric Geyser, good water pressure, a Western toilet seat, large mirror and effective exhaust fan. Airconditioning was good. The TV used wifi, and the weak internet meant YouTube wouldn't stream properly. They provided an electric kettle, milk powder and tea pkts. The room walls were a little damp, and the management should look into that. The main door lock was tricky, so we had to practice locking it and double check before leaving. Booking with Mr. Shukla was smooth. The property has a kitchen but no restaurant. Breakfast, aloo paratha and bread sandwich, was brought to the room; it was hygienic and tasty. There may be a dinner hall, but we didn't visit it. Reception staff Ms. Vidhushi and Amit were cooperative when we had questions, and Chotu, the helper boy, was very active in helping. The intercom didn't work, so I had to call the desk on my mobile each time. The location was excellent, in a prime spot with E-rickshaws always available and Rapido autos also around. Several good restaurants were about a five-minute walk away, so finding food wasn't a problem.
