Treebo Trip Hotel Royal Galaxy

The Treebo Customer Grievances team was the one positive part of this stay. They were supportive and professional, handled my complaint responsibly, arranged a move to another hotel at no extra cost, and assured me proper action would be taken about this property. My own experience was shocking and far below an acceptable standard, despite having stayed at several Treebo properties over a long association with the brand. I spent a lot of time dealing with basic problems instead of relaxing after travel. The room was dusty on the furniture, surfaces, and in the corners, and it hadn't been cleaned properly. The washroom was dirty, poorly maintained, and clearly hadn't been cleaned before check-in. It felt uncomfortable and unhygienic, and not safe to use. Basic toiletries were also missing, which falls below what I expect from any hotel, especially Treebo. Staff sounded rude and unprofessional when I raised the issues. They attempted some of the things I complained about, but the work was poorly done and felt like a formality rather than a real fix. I had to follow up repeatedly, wasting time and causing stress. They moved me to another room, but it was in exactly the same condition, which made it seem like a wider maintenance and management problem, not just one room. I lost confidence in the property and felt uncomfortable staying there. I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel to save your money and peace of mind. The condition and service quality are extremely poor.
