I’ve never had a worse experience. The rooms were third class, dirty, and stinking, and there was no staff around. A geyser burst right in front of my friend while he was in the bathroom. The owner was shameless and arrogant, with no sense of how to speak to people, and the receptionist was just as ignorant. You’d be better off staying at a dharam shala than in one of these rooms. Even on your death bed, don’t book a room at this stupid hotel in DEVLALI.
The manager’s response was very poor. The bathroom tap leaked, the geyser didn’t work, and even fresh water wasn’t properly available. The bed was too small for one family of 2 adults and 2 children, and the extra mattress was poor quality. Not suitable for a family. Must avoid.
I had a horrible experience after visiting by mistake. The rooms weren’t clean and there was no room service. We booked 2 rooms at a specific price on the spot, but when we checked out the manager said we’d agreed on a different price and asked for more money. They were the biggest scammers I’ve ever seen.
No parking, and the rooms didn’t feel safe because someone could easily get in through a window. The bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty, and the bathrooms were dirty too. There was no hot water, and the geyser didn’t work in any room. The AC and TV didn’t work either. Worst experience ever. This isn’t a hotel, just some stupid place.
Avoid this place. There’s no hot water, and Monalisa put an LED around the geyser just to make gullible customers think it works. Frauds.
