I stayed for a month and had a bad experience, especially with the room service and staff. They changed the bedsheet and cleaned the room only two or three times, even after I called reception three or four times. The manager was rude, and when he couldn't fix an issue, he wouldn't answer my calls. The roof could start leaking at any time, and they didn't deal with that either. Don't pay in advance. They may not address your complaints, and there's a good chance they won't run the generator during a power cut. Since room service was late, mosquitoes could get into the room, and they wouldn't provide a repellent machine. I don't want to stay in this kind of hotel again.

The manager is arrogant and rude, and the staff's behavior is shameless. Room service is very poor, and the food is overrated. Don't pay in advance. If the AC breaks, you may have to repair it yourself. Bathrooms aren't cleaned, and they replace the linen only after repeated requests, sometimes weeks later. They don't even seem to care when the room dustbin is overflowing. In some rooms the roof can start leaking, and staff never check on it.
