Icon Residency Inn

It's a residential home turned into a hotel, with no real facilities. For everything, they said the stock had run out. The room was fine and the food was just okay, but the TV channels wouldn't play and no one could guide us. Basics were missing, including toilet roll, shower / bath, and butter at breakfast. The tariff is quite high, and it's on a narrow residential lane next to a dhobi stay.

The hot water ran around the clock, and the room heaters made a real difference in winter. We were there as a family, and the roomy, clean rooms and well-kept bathrooms made the stay comfortable. Breakfast and other food were freshly prepared, vegetarian, and had a nice home-cooked taste. We really enjoyed our peaceful stay in Prayagraj and would happily recommend it to families.

We had no complaints at all. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and breakfast was tasty and filling. Our room had comfortable beds, clean linens, a TV, AC, kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee. It was spacious and hygienic, as were the bathrooms, which had hot water. The location was convenient, felt safe, and made it easy to get transport to tourist spots. A great choice for families or groups visiting the city.

Civil Lines is close by, so it was easy to head out for chaat and other food. Back at Hotel Icon Residency Inn, the rooms were clean, comfortable, and kept in good shape, with Deluxe and Premium Deluxe options at good prices. The kitchen's Paneer Butter Masala was especially tasty, though food prices overall felt a little high. I had a very pleasant stay.
