OYO 79138 Collection O Hotel Premier Inn

That was horrible. The staff were terrible, the toilets weren’t flushed, and they offered me mattresses stained with wine. When the staff changed them, their response was basically, “koi baat nahi kar deta hoon.” That shouldn’t be how a hotel prepares a room for guests, especially at night. The walls were stained, and the washroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks, with yellow, slippery marks all over. Terrible hygiene and a terrible location!

They refused to let me check in without giving a proper reason. Staff were rude and unprofessional, arguing with me instead of trying to help. Very poor service and guest handling. One of the worst experiences I’ve had, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The rooms looked nothing like the photos. Mine was dirty and damp, with spider webs and live insects in the dirty bathroom. There was no WiFi and no way to contact reception. Nothing was right, and I had to stay two nights. I asked several times for OYO to move me to another hotel the next day, but all I got was “let me talk to the hotel manager,” then they hung up. The experience with both the hotel and OYO customer service was as bad as it gets. I won’t book OYO again. If this is what an OYO serviced hotel looks like, who knows what kind of service they’re providing.

Check-in went well and the lift worked properly, but OYO gave me a terrible room. Room no 311 was very old, with worn paint and a bed in bad condition. The TV didn’t work, the bathroom door had no handle, and although the AC worked, there was no remote for it.
