Hygiene was very poor. The room and toilet hadn't been cleaned before they were given to me, and even getting one complimentary bottle of drinking water was difficult. Breakfast costs extra. The facilities are far below what OYO offers, and I had to argue with them over every little thing. They also forcefully collected extra room rent. Sorry to say, my experience here was the worst.
We wasted time and effort hauling our luggage over, only to be told at check-in that the hotel was booked and that we should cancel because we'd paid too little. They had accepted our OYO booking. The manager was stubborn and behaved very unprofessionally. OYO doesn't seem reliable anymore. Save your time and energy, don't book here.
They charge at least 700rs more per day than the stated amount, and the power goes out at least 20 times a day. If there's seepage, they'll lock the washroom. I can't think of anything good here. One of the worst places I've ever stayed, truly a pathetic hotel.
The staff are very cooperative, and the hotel is couple friendly, with local ID accepted. It's in lukarganj prayagraj, 1km from the railway station. Rooms are very comfortable, with AC, a separate balcony and a wardrobe. There's a common kitchen, RO water and a washing machine too. Very nice hotel.
The manager seems criminal minded, and the staff are awful. They install spy cameras in the hotel, just for bad works. Never try to book this worst hotel!
