The surroundings and food were good during my one-day stay. The place is also suitable for meetings and events. But at checkout, the staff asked me to wait while they inspected the room to check whether anything belonging to the hotel was missing. I really wasn’t happy about that.

I stayed four nights last week. My bathroom shower and washbasin tap had a problem, but staff fixed both the same day while I was out at work. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff dedicated and focused on guests, and the breakfast buffet was decent. The hotel is opposite the bus stand, so it’s a little crowded outside. It’s a good place, though slightly pricier than nearby MA grandel, which seems similar.

We spent three nights here for a friend’s wedding. The hotel was nice, clean and really comfortable. Service was great, and the staff were attentive. I was happy with everything.

A really convenient hotel, and the breakfast was very nice. Receptionists Malati and Nisha were friendly and very helpful.

The staff were helpful, the rooms clean, and there were good restaurants. We’d stay again. Very good value for money.
