Hotel Classic Square

I’d paid part of the cost to confirm my booking, but when I arrived, they refused to give me a room, saying they were full. The manager said they had told Fab about this, but Fab still took the booking. I waited for an hour, then the Fab contact told me to call customer care to discuss the issue. After that, the manager offered to move me to another property 10 km away. I lost two hours dealing with it. A horrible experience. Fab hotels need to improve their service.

The hotel was great for hospitality, location, and cleanliness. They even gave me a room with two beds though I was travelling alone. The TV didn’t work, but these days I’ve got everything on my smartphone anyway, so I wasn’t too bothered. The problem was OYO: the owner wasn’t getting paid by OYO and wouldn’t accept OYO bookings. After booking through the app, I had to pay 250 more than the booking amount. Thank goodness I hadn’t paid on OYO, since no hotel owner was accepting bookings that had already been paid through the app.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the room service was excellent. A nice hotel to stay at.

I liked the room size and amenities here. It’s a good hotel for a longer visit or regular stays, and the staff are very good. Janardhan and Rehman were especially supportive.
