Casa Felicita Inn was a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Pune, and I was pleasantly surprised by the service and amenities for a relatively new property. It's good value, with affordable rates and options for monthly rentals as well as flexibility around check-in and check-out. That could suit both short and longer stays. The inn is tucked away from the city's bustle, which makes the surroundings quiet and relaxing. It can be a little hard to find at first, but there is plenty of parking for cars and bikes. The rooms were clean and comfortable with the essentials, the facilities were well maintained, and reception staff were attentive and accommodating. There isn't an in-house kitchen at present, but food delivery options are easy to access from there. I'd recommend Casa Felicita Inn to people visiting Pune. I hope to return and see how it continues to grow.

The stay itself was uncomfortable. The bedsheets and pillows were dirty and smelled strongly of smoke. The host also sends AirBnB fake pictures of broken items and asks for money. Be careful, I strongly advise against booking this place.

The apartment is newly built, very clean, and the service was good. It could use a few more basic things, like kitchen appliances.

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay and enough privacy for our gathering of 20 people. I'd recommend this place without hesitation.

The location is nice, but some basics were missing. There was no mirror or drinking water, and no hangers in the washrooms. On the 3rd floor the water pressure was very low. There was nowhere in the washroom to put soap or other things, and there was no door viewer.
