Abssolute Homtel - Rooms and Suites

Absolute Homtel was a comfortable place to stay for business or a short leisure trip. Its Aundh location was handy for nearby shops, restaurants, and IT hubs, and check-in and check-out were easy. The rooms were clean, well maintained, and had the essentials. Staff were polite and responsive, which made things smoother. The atmosphere is simple but pleasant. The food was decent, though the taste and variety could be better. Service overall was good, and it’s a budget-friendly option in Aundh, Pune. Very pleasant and comfortable.

The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We had a great stay in a clean room. Thanks for the lovely hospitality, I'd recommend this hotel!

After checking out, I realized my gold earrings, worth approximately ₹30,000, were missing. I notified the hotel management right away and asked them to help, including checking the CCTV footage and investigating what happened. The response from both staff and management left me dissatisfied. They assured me their staff were honest and professional, but I didn't feel my concerns were treated with the seriousness I expected. I've filed a formal complaint and requested an official investigation. I hope the hotel cooperates fully with the authorities and takes the right steps to protect guest trust and security. Future guests should take extra care with valuables and check that all belongings are accounted for before checkout.

I slept really well, thanks to the very comfortable bed and blackout curtains. Housekeeping always arrived on time and kept the bathroom pristine. The room was spotless too.
