The tap was broken and so tight that one person couldn't open it, even with the wrench he used and told us to use. The AC wasn't cooling, and the door handles and locks were broken, so there was no privacy. The receptionist was rude. Although the app showed other rooms available, he refused to move us. The OYO service desk kept putting the manager on the call, and he kept refusing until we sent photos. They offered either a cancellation with a refund to the original account or 90% back in OYO Rupees, valid for just 30 days. I chose the first option, but the agent then told me I could use the full OYO Rupees for a booking the next day. I was skeptical and asked him to repeat that full statement on the recorded line, which he did. The next day, I found most good properties wouldn't accept OYO Rupees, and the ones that did only allowed Rs500 per booking. It felt like a clever but cunning strategy by OYO and its service desk. I've lost trust in OYO and won't install their app again.

It's easy to find, close to the main road, and there are good restaurants nearby. The building itself is very old, though the lodge management has made it look grand and presentable. I got an offer price, and there are different kinds of rooms available. Room service and extra beds were good. A decent OYO/Townhouse stay in Pune.

Don't book this hotel. The rooms and beds were in terrible condition. While I was asleep, about 10-15 cockroaches bit me.

Save your money. You can find better hotels in this location. When I asked for a towel, they said they didn't have any because it was monsoon season. The AC still wasn't working after I complained, and the staff kept saying it would take time to cool all night. I was sweating until morning. Ignore this hotel like your ex ignored your messages.

This newly developed property still has many things left to install. The photos show a bathtub, but there isn't one. The AC is placed badly and doesn't cool the room, and they haven't installed a fan either. In my opinion, it's a terrible place. Ask them specifically about what's installed before booking.
