The kitchen was quick, and the food tasted fresh and homely. Staff were caring, polite, and positive, responding promptly and finding solutions. They made me feel valued, almost like family. My room at Emersion Hotel Residency, Pune was neat and nicely arranged, and the AC worked perfectly after a long day. A little more regular upkeep and upgrading would make the property feel even more beautiful and homely, like your own house. It was a pleasant, emotional experience, and I'd love to visit again.☺☺☺☺☺

Parking was safe and convenient, a real plus in this area, and the included breakfast had good options with a spacious, comfortable seating area. We stayed on Saturday and found the staff polite, cooperative, and quick to respond. The Baner/Balewadi location is excellent, close to the highway and convenient for travelers and business trips. The room was clean, well maintained, and neatly arranged, with a comfortable feel. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and a continuous supply, no water issues at all. A very good value for money option in Baner/Balewadi, Pune, with clean rooms, good service, a great location, and decent breakfast. I'd consider staying again, and recommend it for families, business, or short stays.

The approach road is narrow, and parking takes some effort. Still, the rooms are clean and well maintained, the staff are cordial, and it's good value for money. The rooms are basic.

Emersion Residency was a great stay in the heart of Baner. It's quiet where it's tucked away, but still close to the main Balewadi-Baner road and IT hubs, which made the location ideal. The modern, spacious rooms were very well maintained, and the staff were incredibly polite and helpful throughout. I also enjoyed the fresh, homely vegetarian breakfast. I'd highly recommend it for business travelers and families.
