The bed was really comfortable, and the staff were attentive from the smooth check-in onwards. Breakfast was delicious, although it got crowded. A great balance of affordability and convenience. Highly recommended.

The staff were polite and helpful, and getting checked in was easy. The place was reasonably clean and Urban Hometel is handy for getting around. The rooms are really small, though, and the broken bathroom lock made privacy feel uncertain. They left a glass bottle of hotel water instead of sealed drinking water, which might not suit everyone. Fine for a short stay, but the upkeep and basic amenities need attention.

They were quick to bring whatever I ordered, and treated me with a lot of hospitality. The room was kept clean, and Wi-Fi was available too. A really nice experience and good service overall.

Pralay at reception really stood out. He was friendly, professional, and quick to help, which made the stay feel especially welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. I had a great experience at Urban Hometel and would recommend it for its atmosphere and hospitality.

Santosh Singh was especially helpful and accommodating, and the staff deserve credit. For one person, this works well for a brief stay. A couple of room and bathroom details need fixing, though: the taps shouldn't be broken, and the tissue roll should be new for hygiene.
