Check-in was quick and easy, and the place felt quiet and peaceful. The room was clean and nicely arranged, with decent privacy, so it was a pleasant stay overall. The washroom needs a more thorough clean, and basic things like a welcome kit and tissues weren’t provided. The bed is also quite low and would be more comfortable if it were higher.

Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the food was delicious. The staff were also really friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome from arrival through checkout. We had a spacious, modern, spotless room with comfortable beds and good amenities, though the pillows felt a bit firm to us. [O collection] is right downtown, which was perfect for us. Great value and service, and we had a fantastic stay. We’d recommend it and plan to come back.

Breakfast was delicious, with lots of options, and the location was handy for major attractions. Our room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly and quick to take care of what we needed. The atmosphere felt welcoming, and the stay was comfortable and memorable.

The room I was given was in extremely poor shape. It smelled bad throughout, the beds had visible marks and hairs, and the toilet was leaking. The conditions made my stay very uncomfortable and unhygienic.

Watch what you’re served and check the bill. I was given an expired product, and although the owner apologized, I’d already consumed it. They blamed the supplier. Service was very slow, so be careful before paying.
