The service was terrible, and the waiters and captain were among the rudest I've encountered. They don't seem to value customers. An online booking charged for breakfast, but when we were there, no breakfast or other things were available. I wouldn't recommend staying here with family or friends. A third class hotel.

For ₹1300, we expected somewhere at least bearable for one night before an early flight. We arrived around 10 PM and found dirty sheets, stains all over the floor, and a blanket that looked decades old and unwashed. We didn't even want to sit on the bed. The washroom had used condoms inside, so we asked to see another room. It was a little cleaner, but still not livable. We spent just 20-30 minutes there while arranging another hotel. The online photos had made the place look like a decent option, but that was far from what we found. At checkout we told the reception guy we couldn't stay. I was going to ask for at least some money back for that awful half hour, but got nothing. Please don't book this place. That level of filth is unacceptable at any price.

They charged us for an AC room, but the AC didn't work after check-in. We called many times and were told the power was out and the AC wouldn't run on the generator. Service was very slow, the washroom wasn't clean, and there were no towels or tissue paper. If you're travelling with family, skip this hotel.

The chicken angara kebab was good, and the portions felt worth the money. The atmosphere was nice too. I wouldn't order paneer dishes, though. The paneer tasted adulterated and was nowhere near the real thing, which you can tell pretty easily.
