The staff were cooperative and eager to help. Vaishali at Reception was very good, and the person who carried our bags upstairs was courteous and helpful. We picked the hotel because of the Sayaji name and our good past experiences with them. Thankfully, we only stayed one night. Never again. The rooms and housekeeping were awful, and the tariff isn't justified. In room 301, the bed linen had already been used and the AC leaked. We moved to 305, where the linen was used and discoloured too. The bathroom tap came off, the curtain fell when we drew it, and the room hadn't even been dusted. It seemed like nobody was supervising housekeeping. Totally unhappy with our stay.

We were driving back from Goa to Delhi and needed a place to stop for the night. We found this hotel by chance and were surprised by the service. Vaishali, the young lady at reception, and Maya in the restaurant deserve a special mention for their memorable kindness and behaviour. The food was beyond what we expected, and the service was unmatched. I'd recommend it if you're travelling this route.

Maya and Savitri at the in-house restaurant made it such a joy to walk in and be greeted with their huge smiles. The rooms were comfortable, the service was great, and I had a lovely stay. Looking forward to coming back. I highly recommend this hotel.

I booked the candlelight dinner at “Enrise by Sayaji” Khed Shivapur. The food was amazing and the setup was wonderful. Mr. Saurav Chavan deserves thanks for arranging everything so well. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, with a comfortable stay and great food and dining. I'd recommend trying the dinner if you're planning a memorable couple's evening, and visiting the place.

Mrs. Maya recommended some good dishes, and the food was amazing. Breakfast was good too, with a wide choice at the buffet. We had an awesome stay here on a business trip, and I'd definitely recommend the hotel for business travel.
