The bathroom leak made the stay uncomfortable, and the dirty bed sheets were a serious hygiene concern. The rooms also didn't look like the photos or meet basic expectations. Cleanliness and maintenance need a lot of work. I wouldn't recommend staying here until those problems are fixed.

The room was comfortable and in good condition, and the staff were polite and very nice. I had a pleasant stay overall. The area just outside the room door could use better cleaning and upkeep, and it would help to have all the bathroom amenities ready in advance.

A real test of patience. The rooms were dirty, maintenance was nonexistent, staff were rude, and service was poor. It felt like a lodge, and the stay was a waste of both time and money.

We'd already paid in advance, so we went ahead with the stay, but there was no follow-up call from Fab after we checked in and no feedback call either. The website photos look like they may be from the hotel's early days. Although the staff were polite, even drinking water wasn't provided, and getting each service took a long time and reminders. For the same price, there are good hotels nearby. In my view, this place doesn't deserve a 3 star rating just because it has Fab in its name.

I checked in around 9 pm on November 18, and the room hadn't been cleaned. The manager said hot water was available 24 hours, but there still wasn't any in the morning. Very poor service.
