I'm a woman traveling alone, and I moved out because the place was so bad. The room wasn't clean anywhere, and the manager argued that something above the bed being dirty shouldn't be a problem. I wouldn't trust the photos. No Fab hotel executive even came on the call to help. DO NOT STAY AT FAB HOTELS.

The hotel was quite okay, but Fabhotel's service left me disappointed. I stayed there on oct 13 2025 and still haven't received an invoice. The call center couldn't provide one either. I called several times and emailed many times, with zero result. I'd suggest avoiding Fab hotel and booking directly with the hotel or through another platform.

The receptionist seemed unprofessional and didn't know whether a room was available. That led to delays and confusion, and basic hospitality standards weren't met. If you don't mind wasting time and money, you could stay here. Otherwise, I'd look for somewhere with better service and organization.

We booked rooms for 5 while traveling with my team from Hyderabad to Pune, and had booked the ticket online. At arrival, the receptionist said there were no rooms, but he was just asleep with a blanket over his head and didn't bother to get up and talk to us. I've never had such a horrible experience with someone so disgusting and unprofessional. The hotel was very dirty, with mosquitoes everywhere, and the area and people were horrible. Don't trust the Google pictures, they look completely different from what you see in real life. I'd suggest nobody visit.
