FabHotel Alpha Center

Even the mess food costs extra according to the menu. I paid more for the room, but it still wasn't properly maintained or clean, and the facilities weren't up to standard. I stayed here recently and hope management fixes these issues before charging premium rates.

We only stayed for an hour before going out. When we returned, there were lots of bed bugs and cockroaches in the room and on the bed. The staff were rude when we complained and refused to refund us. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

There's no room service, and you can't call reception because there isn't a landline in the room. Even the so-called premium rooms had dirty sheets and pillowcases. Worst hotel I've stayed at. I wouldn't recommend it, even as a dog shelter.

The sheets and pillows had red and black stains and clearly weren't being washed properly. I saw cockroaches all night, and one even got into my food while I was eating. This place is horribly unhygienic, with practically no service. A curtain rod could fall on your head at any moment. If you book here by mistake, be careful, the cockroaches might even get in your ears. I have no words for this so-called "fab hotel". It doesn't deserve one star, it deserves to be locked up.
