I enjoyed the dinner, and the menu is good. It's a decent hotel for the price, though the bathroom could be better maintained and some small things, like towels, were missing. It's a 5-10 minute walk from the main road and coffee shops.

This was our second stay, but this time the noise made it hard to sleep. Even opening another room's door sounded as if someone were at our door. The free breakfast was served in a room with space for only about three families, so there wasn't room for us to sit. We asked them to bring it to our room, and they did. Corner rooms might be quieter than the middle ones. They may be a new property, but they have a long way to go with service; I don't think the price is lower because they're new. Since this visit was disappointing, I'll look at other options next time.

The toilets weren't clean, and breakfast was very disappointing, with little more than a token offering. Staff even made an issue over a bottle of water. We had asked early for a late checkout and offered to pay extra because my family had a late evening flight. The hotel lady made a big issue of it before finally agreeing. At reception, they demanded payment upfront even though we'd already paid an advance before checking in. It was a forgettable stay, with poor customer service and an arrogant attitude from the staff.

The facilities fell short, and there was no table for eating dinner. Breakfast was poor and didn't offer much variety. Still, the room was clean, neat, beautiful, and well furnished, and the location was very good. A decent hotel within budget overall.
