Fabhotel Galaxy Koregaon Park

There’s nowhere nearby to get tea or breakfast, and the market is about 2 km away. I couldn’t even find an auto rickshaw there. The caretaker was too rude to answer questions. The room had no ventilation, and it was cramped enough that once our things were in, there was barely room to walk. Cleanliness was nonexistent, there were no toiletries, and towels were only available on request. When I said I’d post about these problems on Google, they replied that they knew how to delete it. A pathetic stay in a third-class location. Please don’t stay here.

Those were the worst eight nights of my life. I booked through FABHOTELS, and I’d tell people not to book through them or trust any hotel under FABHOTELS. I’d also made an earlier booking and cancelled it five nights before check-in, after being promised a refund for cancelling at least 24 hours ahead, but I still haven’t received the money. For this stay, I told the agent to book two nights first, then let me extend if I liked the hotel. He booked eight nights anyway and said I could change the checkout date if I didn’t like the place. Once I arrived and saw how shabby and shady it was, I wanted to leave the next morning. They wouldn’t let me go without paying for all eight nights. The hotel said the agent had made the promise, not them, and when I called the agent, he just said sorry and hung up without fixing anything. Totally useless service and false promises.

It’s about 2 km from Pune International Airport, so it works for an overnight stay nearby. The room was okay, but the bathroom wasn’t maintained properly.

The reception area was dirty and very unprofessional. Our assigned room had been given to someone else, so we waited over 30 minutes for another one to be cleaned. They used a dirty mop, and the smell was all through the room afterward. There wasn’t a doormat, so they gave us two towels to use instead, but the towels were too dirty to use. The washroom flush pipe was broken and water was spraying all over the bathroom. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone. Stay away.
