The staff and receptionist were very rude, breakfast wasn't proper, and room service was the worst. I'd suggest not booking a room here.

The staff behaved terribly and were careless about customer issues. I hope the owner takes notice, trains the staff, and makes sure every room and washroom is maintained before a customer checks in.

The location felt a bit far to me since I don't know Pune well, and it's in an industrial area, so whether that works depends on what other guests are looking for. Inside, the rooms were very clean, not a speck of dust. Our bedsheet was a little dirty, but they replaced it right away.
