FabHotel Savali Homestay has 20 rooms in Baner, a popular area for business and leisure travelers, close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment. The price is very affordable, and it could work for someone on a budget who wants to stay in Baner. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, though some are a bit dated. The location is convenient, but amenities are limited and service can be slow, or non existent. For a more luxurious stay, other hotels in the area may be better.

The property was shabby and unclean, and the overall stay was the worst experience. The toilets weren't clean, and the pillows were dirty and stinking. The dim lights didn't work, and when we asked for a different room, they wouldn't give us one. I booked through FabHotels, with GST already included in the total, but the hotel still asked me to pay an extra INR 278/- as GST. Please never book this property.

I've stayed at Savali homestay many times and would definitely stay there again when I go to Pune. The hotel is right beside the market, and the rooms and washroom are big and clean. The staff are so cool, cooperative, and polite. His way of talking is excellent. Best Regards Sandeep Rao

The owner was rude and wouldn't let us occupy the room without asking for more money than the booking amount. The bathroom had leaks, basic things were broken, and there was no cleaning or maintenance whatsoever. The room was very unhygienic. I definitely wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

The bed was awful: the mattress was hard as a rock, caved in a bit in the middle, and creaked whenever you turned. After we checked in, we were told there were no kitchen facilities. The service was mediocre. The room was below average and had bugs, with no amenities except a bar of soap. The hotel is inside a narrow lane.
