It’s farther from the centre, but the food and staff make up for that. The meals are quite nice and suited my taste, without the kind of fancy menu that can leave me unsure about how things will taste. Staff are helpful and responsive without getting in your way. The cleanliness is great, though the wood and flooring are a bit old and worn. I’d consider it worth a stay.

I went for a customer meeting and found the conference room very good, with space for around 150-200 people. There’s also an outdoor area at the back where we enjoyed cocktails and business conversations. The staff were polite, respectful, and supportive throughout. I wasn’t keen on the food, though, as it wasn’t as good as the other services. Still, I’d recommend the place for business meetings and conferences.

We had booked five rooms. The rooms were cool and comfortable, and the corridors had good lighting. Breakfast was good, with plenty to choose from. The problem was getting water: we requested three bottles at 5 am, but they didn’t arrive until 6:30. When I asked the manager, he said he’d forgotten which floor we were on and couldn’t send them.

The reception staff were extremely rude. While I was speaking, they hung up, and when I called again, they disconnected my calls. The woman was shouting. I know hotels have their own rules and policies, but they can be explained in a better way. In hospitality, customers should be treated with respect, and that respect should go both ways.
