Hotel Aarya Regency by OYO Rooms

The incident that affected my trust most happened on 19th March 2026. Reception called that morning to ask if I wanted breakfast in my room, and I said yes. The breakfast was acceptable and came with coffee and a thermos of hot water. But when I opened it, the water was in very poor, unacceptable condition. I was already feeling unwell, and seeing that made it worse. Staff replaced the water after I reported it, but after that I no longer felt comfortable consuming anything from the hotel. It seriously affected my confidence in their food safety and cleanliness. This shouldn’t happen in any hotel, whatever its category, especially with other guests’ health and safety in mind. I was staying there temporarily through a company arrangement. The room itself was decent, but service and hygiene were disappointing. From check-in, there was little or no proactive help. They overlooked basic things like offering water or checking whether the room had been cleaned, leaving guests to manage things themselves. Despite being rated a 3-star hotel, the experience didn’t meet basic expectations. Service was poor, staff didn’t seem professional, and hygiene was concerning. I’d strongly suggest improvements to cleanliness, food handling, and guest service. I wouldn’t feel confident recommending this place.

The team were professional and welcoming, and I especially appreciated Mr. Ashish and Mr. Yogesh for their dedicated service. My room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. I had a truly exceptional experience and would recommend it to business travellers or anyone looking to relax.

The rooms were good, and breakfast was simple but enough. The hospitality was truly excellent, and the staff made my first stay a pleasant one. The restaurant was closed for three days because of election dry days, but the team helped where they could and let us bring in outside food. A small suggestion: they could provide tea or coffee during closures.

The hotel was neat and clean, and the restaurant food tasted good. Restaurant service was a bit slow, though the staff were very courteous. It’s close to the Mumbai Bengaluru highway, with plenty of eateries nearby, and parking was available.
