Staff were rude and unprofessional, making an already bad stay worse. The rooms had bedbugs, which was uncomfortable and unhygienic. I told the staff repeatedly, but they took no proper action. They kept saying they would spray medicine, but there was no real responsibility or follow-through. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all.
The rooms have air conditioning and are good, though the bathroom is really small but okay. The bigger issue is insects in the beds and cockroaches on the toilet seats and in the bathroom. The bedsheets also aren’t washed when a new room is provided. Take a room at your own risk.
The management wasn’t good because of the crowd, and I had a really bad experience. We ordered Schezwan rice and found a pebble while eating it. The paneer wasn’t cooked properly either. Sorry to say, but I can only give this one star.
Great service and the food quality is the best. Jain food is available too.
Nice for adults, but not for children. The room service was very bad, and the staff weren’t helpful.
