The room was filthy and smelly, with cockroaches everywhere, and nobody even asked if we needed drinking water. The people there were extremely rude and had no idea how to speak to customers. They seem focused only on money. OYO showed Rs 354 in the app, but once you arrive they ask for Rs 900 or even more. If you refuse, they start arguing and bargaining. OYO itself was a terrible experience too. The customer care agent wouldn't help when we were stuck because of this. A really bad experience with both the hotel and the OYO app. Bkwas hotel. 😡🤬

I paid in advance for a room for guests driving from Bhopal, who were expected to arrive very late, around 12:30 am. When they got there, the hotel turned them away, claiming it was fully booked. They then tried OYO customer service, but were refused help because they weren't calling from the registered number. Of course they didn't want to call me that late, so they went from hotel to hotel until they found a room. I didn't expect this from the hotel, and especially not from OYO.

If negative ratings were an option, that's what I'd give.
