We paid part of the booking two days before arriving, but when we got to the hotel they said there were no rooms available. Such a bad experience. Don't book here or pay in part beforehand.

The women working in the morning were shouting at us for supposedly paying too little, and they had no manners in how they spoke to customers. They even asked for Aadhaar details and a signature for a small child. The staff are arrogant and don't know how to talk to people. Don't stay here, go somewhere else.

The rooms were clean and well kept, and I was happy with the service.

The location is good, but the service and atmosphere weren't. Stray dogs greet you at the entrance reception counter, and the bedsheet smelled bad.

At 2 o'clock at night, I found bed bugs crawling on the wall and many on my bed. I complained to staff, but they wouldn't move me to another room even though one was available. There was no apology or regret. The manager only said they'd called pest control. After checking out, I found a similar Google review from six months earlier, which makes it seem they haven't acted and are deceiving customers. The breakfast was very poor too. Don't go here if you want a comfortable stay.
