The photos online look years old, and the actual place looks very different and worn. The mattress and towels weren't clean, and no water came out of the basin tap. They charged 500 rs for early check-in but didn't give me a proper bill.

Akshay, the helper, was really good and helpful, and he made the stay a bit more pleasant. The place itself was very unclean, with no toiletries or room cleaner, and there was no power backup on the second floor. We were left without electricity for six hours in the heat. The Google pictures are misleading, there was no real breakfast cooking, only roadside idli and upma, and Fab hotel charged me 300/- per person each day for it. Don't pay on site, go to the hotel and pay. Fab hotel wouldn't cancel my booking, and the manager, who seemed to have two jobs, never showed up despite my repeated calls. I wouldn't stay here again, and would only consider it if it were the last place to stop in Pune.

Ingle sir spent at least 30 minutes sorting out my request for a Cricket match subscription. The rooms and toilets were clean, and the service came with a smile. Amazing service, I wish I could give them more stars.

The rooms were very dirty and nothing like the fake pictures on Google. They don't have a geyser or even a dental kit. Worst fab hotel.

The rooms were neat and clean, and I enjoyed the tasty food. I had a great experience here.
