On the first day at Bird B Suites, I wanted to order dinner but didn’t know how. I called reception from my room, but the staff didn’t explain the process properly, so we went down and asked in person. The receptionist told us to call a particular number. I dialed it while standing right in front of him, and the call connected straight away. I asked why he couldn’t just have helped us place the order instead of sending us around. I said, “I'm just asking you,” and he replied, “I'm just telling you.” That’s not an appropriate way to speak to a guest. I was very disappointed by the poor customer service and lack of basic courtesy. Guests asking for help should be guided politely and professionally.

The location worked very well for my business trip, with convenient access to Kharadi and the nearby IT parks. Rooms were clean, spacious, and well maintained, and staff responded quickly and politely to requests. The stay was comfortable and hassle-free. Special thanks to Sahil, Shivkumar & Sumit for their support and service. Highly recommended.

Prachi at the front desk made a big difference to our stay. She greeted us with a warm smile, checked us in efficiently, and was courteous and helpful whenever we needed anything. The room was comfortable, clean, and well maintained, and housekeeping kept it neat. Common areas and facilities also had a pleasant, inviting feel. We felt welcome and well looked after from the moment we arrived, which made the visit relaxing and enjoyable. The whole staff deserves appreciation for the effort. We had a very positive experience and look forward to staying again next time. Thanks for the hospitality.

The whole team made our stay comfortable and memorable. Khwaja at the bell desk was quick to help with our luggage and give us directions. Shreyash from housekeeping kept the room clean, tidy, and ready throughout. Prachi at the Front Office was supportive, polite, and always happy to help with a smile. Highly recommended!

The room had a musty smell as soon as I walked in, and it was hard to relax. Towels were old, rough, and torn, which felt unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer “luxury.” The food was bland and tasteless, with no care or effort seeming to go into it, especially for the price. The “suite” was just an ordinary room with a small balcony, nothing like the online description. I felt misled and overcharged. This was one of my worst hotel stays. Cleanliness, maintenance, and service standards all need serious improvement. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless significant changes are made.
