Hotel Habitat by OYO Rooms

The staff were really helpful 😁 and the room was neat and clean.

We were there for two weeks and ended up changing rooms four times. The bathroom geyser sometimes didn't work, and they didn't provide an extra blanket, even though the one we got at first was [unclear]. While I was away, they gave my room to someone else without asking me. They also have a dog 🐶, which could bother some people. The service wasn't good. There are better hotels nearby, so book one of those instead.

The airport is the main reason to consider this place: it's 2 km away, so it could work if you only need a night near the airport. Otherwise, I wouldn't recommend it. The room was small for the price, though the bathroom was okay. There was no complimentary water, and they charged for it. The only power socket was far from the bed, with nowhere to put your gadgets while charging. No kettle or tea sachets were provided either. Service was very slow, and nobody came up to help with luggage when we arrived at the first-floor reception. The restaurant food was pathetic, smelled bad, and took more than an hour to arrive. They don't allow outside food, despite that. The plates weren't clean, the remotes had no batteries when we checked in, and no toiletries were provided. Paying by card also costs 3% extra.

The photos shown during booking made the hotel look good, but my experience was bad. There was no cleanliness and no cutlery available. I paid for breakfast when booking, but the hotel didn't provide any. The manager said breakfast is provided to clients.
