Hotel Madhav International

I booked a deluxe room for myself, my wife, and our kid, but the double bed was so small that all three of us could barely fit. We spent the whole night shifting around and couldn't sleep because of the limited space. They urgently need better mattresses. Room service was poor, there was no hot water, and when I asked, the attendant said it hadn't worked for many days. He gave us an immersion heater, so we had to fill a bucket, carry it to the hall, plug it in, heat the water, and bring it back to the bathroom. We had to do that for all three of us to bathe. No dental kit was provided either. I ordered ghee rice, the worst I've ever eaten. They charged Rs. 50/- for a 1 Ltr packaged water bottle, though I'm not sure whether that's legal. These cheap hotels care about money instead of guests' needs, comfort, and well-being.

I spent 15 days at Hotel Madhav International, Pune, and had a wonderful time. The location is prime, with easy access to transport and city hotspots. Rooms were clean and the environment was very comfortable. The whole team was friendly, polite, and helpful, and their warmth and professionalism made me feel at home. Service was smooth, quick, and reliable, truly 5-star. I'd highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Pune. Thanks to everyone at Madhav International for a memorable stay! 🙌

I booked through Cleartrip 15 days ahead, then at 2:00 AM they told me my reservation had been cancelled without warning. They gave no help or explanation and just told me to figure it out myself. The staff were terrible, there was no accountability, and hospitality was nowhere to be found. Worst experience ever. Do yourself a favor and avoid this hotel. I wouldn't book through Cleartrip again.

Good value for money, and the complimentary breakfast was awesome.
