Hotel Parag

The noise made it almost impossible to sleep. There was no soundproofing, so I could hear everything from the corridor, street, and neighboring room. Mosquitoes and bed bugs were another problem, with no net, spray, or anything else to protect you. I spent the night fighting mosquitoes instead of sleeping, and kept scratching from the bed bugs. The bathroom was filthy, smelly, and slimy, and the toilet smelled so bad I had to hold my breath. The water they called drinking water seemed like bleached tap water from a dirty pipe, and they didn't provide mineral water. The sheets were stained and smelled unwashed, the yellow pillows were sweaty and lumpy, and the mattress seemed full of bed bugs. I couldn't sleep for a second. The room felt like hell. They charge like it's a 3-star hotel, though I don't think it's worth even 0.3 stars. It was a waste of money and felt like a health hazard. I'd rather sleep at a bus stand or railway platform than spend another night here. For my safety, sanity, and hygiene, I'd stay away. Even a free lifetime membership wouldn't make me come back. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.

There was no Wi-Fi, and it seemed the hotel was connected with local auto drivers who overcharge guests. The room itself was awful, with a strong cigarette smell and dust everywhere. Food particles were even in the uncomfortable beds, which felt completely unhygienic. The bathroom was in terrible shape, there was no hot water in the evening, and the tap gave me electric shocks when the geyser was on. This was the worst room I've ever stayed in. Avoid it.

They charged extra when I arrived, even though the online rates were lower. The place wasn't properly hygienic, the water supply was inadequate, and the staff were unprofessional. There was disturbance throughout. Worst experience ever.

The rooms are maintained well, though there's not much space inside. Its central location is why I prefer it to other hotels.
